Styling Ideas:
Black skinny ties look great for formal looks and casual looks!
Style it with an oxford shirt and blazer for more of a dressy look or a sweater or cardigan for more of a semi-dressy, a bit more laid-back look. This look will look great with dress shoes or oxfords. You can always add on a vest too!
For a casual look, you can try styling it with a plaid shirt and add a cardigan if you'd like as well.
This look would work with a pair of boat shoes, converse, or oxfords!
